The wine exhibits dark chocolate and cherry flavours with hints of cassis. There is a strong impression of primary fruit on the palate due to minimal oak treatment, producing a wine that is supple, fresh and youthful. It is perfect to enjoy now with dishes such as slowly braised beef short ribs with tomato, pancetta and mushrooms.
