Winemaker’s Note

Viognier is in the family of aromatic varieties. It can be a difficult variety in warm regions as it ripens fast leading to high alcohols. However after many years of not bottling a Viognier as a single variety our Curator’s Collection series has made it possible for me to show you our version of this wine for the second time.

Food Pairing & Recipes
