An impressive 480 square meter exhibition space in the Cape Winelands specifically designed to showcase extraordinary installations and artwork of all shapes and sizes. Take a stroll, admire the installations or purchase your favourite work of art.

Gallery @ Glen Carlou

The Gallery houses a collection of contemporary, pop and modern art by South African artists. Mediums as diverse as installation, photography, contemporary embroidery and ceramics contrast with more traditional painting and sculpture.

The gallery allows for two unique exhibition spaces. The main gallery houses exhibitions curated by Pierre le Riche and it is supported by our foyer which focuses on collaborations with other South African galleries.

Lines of de-Limitation

The current exhibition at the Gallery @ Glen Carlou features art and installations by Zyma Amien and Ingrid Bolton.

This exhibition actively refers to the metaphorical presence of lines or limits and the visual interpretation thereof. The work, which is essentially a form of protest art, becomes quietly confrontational in this regard.

The Lines of de-Limitation exhibition will run until 24 February 2019.
