This unwooded Chardonnay is light straw gold in colour and on the nose you will find some golden apples, baked pears and figs. On the palate, notes of stone fruit and apple are balanced by a clean, soft acidity.

Six months on lees
Lemon, lime and papaya flavours combine with a floral bouquet of honeysuckle which makes for an appealing wine. The unwooded and crisp mouthfeel has a lingering aftertaste. Serve well chilled.
This wine is perfect with light and delicate dishes such as raw and lightly cooked shellfish, freshly caught fish, fish pâtés or even chicken and vegetable terrines.
