This delicate and interesting wine has a rich mouth-feel,is surprisingly refreshing, very fine with a lovely lingering compote note.

Tasting Notes

The nose shows aromas of honeyed stone fruit, white peach and citrus, brightly defined with quince and notes of lime.
This wine has ample purity and depth, with a prominent eucalyptus undertone, hiding between the layers. A light touch of oak counterbalanced with some minerality, and a full mid-palate, completes this wine and keep one going back for more.
